As of early 2004, we
reached a new business
plateau and are finalizing PHASE 2
of our strategic expansion plan with new stockholders. This includes major expenditures
for new plant and equipment to ramp up our manufacturing capacity
per the above. It includes expanded staff in multiple shifts and
a new location for both our baking/manufacturing component as well as
our retail/events component. For
PHASE 2 in mid 2004, we solicited additional inquiries from additional potential
investors regarding continued expansion. This effort
included a new location to support a major nationwide
contract, development of licensee agreements and newly redesigned
packaging. While numerous people
have contacted us for information, rest assured your discussion
and information remain confidential. Each potential investor
must meet our stringent corporate
objectives.

For PHASE 3 in
mid 2005, we will
solicit proposals from qualified candidates to be
considered for licensing opportunities in other cities in key
strategic locations. Beyond the initial discussion, you
should be prepared to share specific financial details, real
estate information for your area, personal entrepreneurial skills
and long-term objectives. Rest
assured that our products and mission
have NOT CHANGED. TJ is
still our CEO (Chief Eating Officer). Barbara is still at the helm.
Andrew remains your
faithful techno-geek and finance wizard. And we welcome David
& Meredith to our owner-investor team.
While we saw
our share of struggles since our founding, we have also grown and
learned. We've learned that you want more EVENTS. We've
learned that the canine community is incredibly generous and that
you regularly donate to and participate in events for rescue
organizations. We've learned that we need to expand our
all-natural reach to even more retail
locations and broaden our geographical coverage. All of
the above presents some great opportunities for those of you that
