PART 4

In April 2004, we completed Phase 1 of our expansion --- the addition of two additional investor-owners that are also active day-to-day participants.  Using capital obtained during Phase 1, Phase 2 includes the relocation of our store and production facility to a larger location and the addition of more equipment, staff, products and events. It also includes new packaging and corporate image re-design.

During Phase 3 in mid-2005, we seek to raise additional capital from a private investor in order to develop a prototype licensing agreement for Phase 4. Phase 3 includes ownership restructuring if needed and should anticipate a 3-year time horizon.

Phase 4 during late-2005 includes the sale of the first licensing agreement in a location to be known as Canine Café city-name.  Additionally, funds will be used to expand marketing efforts with three existing nationwide retailers to realize system-wide sales rather than just regional distribution.

After numerous inquiries from potential candidates, we believe an applicant's personal financial stability and their past work experience in additional to the location are critical factors in determining the success of a licensee.   We will also consider opening other locations under present or joint ownership.
